"Still lie the sheltering snows, undimmed and white;
And reigns the winter's pregnant silence still;
No sign of spring, save that the catkins fill,
And willow stems grow daily red and bright.
These are days when ancients held a rite
Of expiation for the old year's ill,
And prayer to purify the new year's will."

Yesterday the newly cut branches on our birch tree were weeping. Today they are giving us sap :)
We have already collected 4 cups!
What is your gardening plan of the day?

    I remember my childhood days when I proudly showed my parents how well I planted and harvested my tomatoes. :)

    Today was watering flowers in pots, collecting dead wood for the fire - there is a lot scattered in the grass - and digging 4 holes in preparation for cementing the swing's feet.

    Hi Zeynal605, I love organic farming. I developed my backyard into an organic farm. I already have trees planted in our backyard like pomelo, jackfruit, dragon fruit, coffee and cacao. I also have five chickens roaming around our backyard eating only what is organic like food scraps, grass and compost.
