In lands I never saw -- they say
Immortal Alps look down --
Whose bonnets touch the firmament --
Whose sandals touch the town --

Meek at whose everlasting feet
A myriad daisy play --
Which, Sir, are you and which am I
Upon an August day?

According with English grammar, why can't ask like, did she does well her job? why should say did she do well her job, despite we use does for third singular person?

The conjugation of auxiliary verbs rarely makes sense. "To do" for questions take the following form.

Does she / he / it do her / his / its job well? - Present simple.
Did she do her job well? - Past simple.

According to my English teacher way back in my high schools days, she taught us that when using:

Did, Does, Do as part of your question, make sure to use always a base form of present tense form of a verb succeeding it.

    Does + present tense
    Did + present tense
    Do + present tense

    Does she like your dress?
    Did you forget something?
    Do you love your work?

    Something like that. ;)
