What is one to say about June? The time of perfect young summer, the fulfilment of the promise of the earlier months, and with as yet no sign to remind one that its fresh young beauty will ever fade.

Should employer be strict on unhealthy dress code policy?

Employees should be aware of their own presentation and to adhere to the Dress Code Policy at all times when representing the company. Should employer be strict on all the pieces of their dress code policy when it goes against employee’s health? What do you think?

No is what I'd say. Generally I think dress codes are fairly reasonable but like in the case of high heels, especially where the job in question involved a lot of standing, then I think it's extremely wrong to force someone to wearing something that risks damaging their feet.
