"The April rain, the April rain,
Comes slanting down in fitful showers,
Then from the furrow shoots the grain,
And banks are fledged with nestling flowers;
And in grey shawl and woodland bowers
The cuckoo through the April rain
Calls once again."

Courses for horses

Courses for horses means that different people are suited to different things.

Here I am playing with words, as this article is about courses - free online courses on a multitude of displines. @Xanthippe maybe you are already familiar with some of these.

“Self–education is, I firmly believe, the only kind of education there is.”
Isaac Asimov

Further down the article are courses on English and Communications, and Foreign Language which might be of especial interest. The section on free books too, should be useful. Project Gutenberg is a favourite of mine, but I will be checking out some of the others too.

    @mheredge, I couldn't agree more with Asimov. :)

    The sad fact is that what some MOOCs providers want above all is to monetize their courses and not to make the world a better place. Their policy has changed.

    Thanks for that. I think it's so important that everyone has access to the right kind of course that would work well for them with what they want to achieve.
