"Still lie the sheltering snows, undimmed and white;
And reigns the winter's pregnant silence still;
No sign of spring, save that the catkins fill,
And willow stems grow daily red and bright.
These are days when ancients held a rite
Of expiation for the old year's ill,
And prayer to purify the new year's will."

What do you do if you can't sleep?

I'm sure we've all had nights where we can't sleep, but what do you do if this is the case?
For me, I will get up and do something, such as read a book, as I know that this will help a lot.
But what about you? What do you like to do when you can't get to sleep?

    When I have a suduko puzzle book handy, I have a bad habit of indulging myself doing puzzles. Otherwise I read for an hour or so and this usually does the trick.
