"The April rain, the April rain,
Comes slanting down in fitful showers,
Then from the furrow shoots the grain,
And banks are fledged with nestling flowers;
And in grey shawl and woodland bowers
The cuckoo through the April rain
Calls once again."
Mathilde Blind, April Rain

I believe all of us have had an experience with call centres. For instance, when we need technical support, or when we want to buy a product or service, also for any issue related to our purchase, here is when we make a call for assistance.
